By the way Charles, where is that restraining order against Microsoft in terms of their misuse of Java? Sun will not return to the mid-60s for 3 to 6 months if we lose that one. We can not afford, psychologically, to lose. If our case was not strong enough, Scott should have withdrawn it a long time ago. Ken
