Some things never change and when push comes to shove, that's the way to bet. It's the only reason I stayed long through that.


Well, I just played it safe...on the fence!

My expectation was for a break to the upside after the announcement and then a pullback. Resistance areas to be at 9000 with strong resistance at 9100 and if 9100 does not hold final resistance in the 9200 area.

Looks like 9100 may have held, for now!

Good to have your input on this thread again....

EDIT: I re-read your post and what you said made good sense about the quick drop before the anouncment! The drop removed good short ops and stripped longs out of positions by taking out stops. Nice read.
