My feeling is that 9100 will hold and we may get one more retest of 9100 as soon as tomorrow, but we now have to see how EUROPE handles this news.

The NEW HIGHS are still below 100, and the NEW LOWS are increasing slightly, keeping in mind that the market is way off the lows - just using the same arguement in reverse, when the NEW HIGHs couldnt get above 100 when the DOW was in the 8300 range.

Hey, the LONG BOND is down and the 30 yr interest rates are up a little.
