First of all, I don't think he did anything.

But secondly, if Rico applied to all conspiracies, wouldn't we have Rico offenses for bank robberies, etc. The penalties under Rico are severe. I am aware that it is not only for Organized Crime, but it was intended to be a strong club.

And thirdly, the Rico statute was applied to Drexel, too. Which is totally absurd.

If you read stories like Den of Thieves by azw James B. Stewart (won Pulitzer Prize which galled me)...the proof is along these lines...Milken made a lot of money...this is terrible...Boesky was a felon...q.e.d. milken is guilty. very flimsy.
