First of all, I don't think he did anything. But secondly, if Rico applied to all conspiracies, wouldn't we have Rico offenses for bank robberies, etc. The penalties under Rico are severe. I am aware that it is not only for Organized Crime, but it was intended to be a strong club. And thirdly, the Rico statute was applied to Drexel, too. Which is totally absurd. ====== If you read stories like Den of Thieves by azw James B. Stewart (won Pulitzer Prize which galled me)...the proof is along these lines...Milken made a lot of money...this is terrible...Boesky was a felon...q.e.d. milken is guilty. very flimsy.
