Takeover rumors once again the talk on wallstreet. Siemen's most likely the suiter.

An article in the business section of a local newspaper down here in FL. identifies Newbridge Networks as a potential candidate as a takeover by Siemens. Lucent, British Telecom and Motorola are identified as others that may jump in if the company is put in play.
The article goes on to say that given the value of the low Canadian
$$$$ relative to its counterparts, this international company is extremely cheap at the current stock price, P.E ratio and book value.
"If management continues to let the stock languish at current levels, they may soon find themselves out of a job."

A takeover price of $5 billion U.S is quoted...translating to just over $7.8 billion CDN.
