Hi Folks, I got in touch with Nucleus's, John Paulson the President and he will call me back on Wednesday. He's in meeting with auditors all day today. It seems CPA and lawyers are the reason they haven't come out with the proxy document and 8K filings. They want to make sure they get their billing hours up there. For those of you who haven't looked at Nucleus's web site as yet. enucleus.com They have so much to offer with this merger. I can't see where we can lose with this investment IMO. I'll post all I gather after phone call for sure. Have a good one. John
