Dear Kal: My recollection of the Global Delivery Model is that now instead of taking PEOPLE to the work they take the WORK to the people. I thought he gave all the reasons why it was more efficient cheaper etc. To be honest I have forgotten the answer to the question you mention but I came away from the reading feeling pretty good about things. Market seems to have felt same. By the way, somewhere in the article he did mention accomplished this without relying on Y2K UNLESS the engagement had a continuing aspect. JDN
