Question, why is Thomas Vander Stel quoted - is he on staff with NPCT, a consultant, an interested bystander at the conference? Does this assume someone read a post from elsewhere? If not, it sounds odd, in the text it seemed like he was a conference participant, but they there was a bio. The impression it leaves on me is an attempt at justifying, but if the quote from KM assums prior reading, I mat be way off. If so, could the prior be posted also?
Chad, I did not intend to imply that Gil was not doing anything worthwhile. By intent was to highlight the absurdity of posting an irrelevent release as if it was a big thing, especially on a venue that is not exactly a cheering section.

A lot of inflamitory has transpired in the past, and perhaps I should have clarified my intent in my reply to Santiago. Since he has no history on this thread, I certainly don't want to come across a labeling him as a hypster. He merely posted the wrong release under the wrong subjective assessment to the wrong audience. An FYI without comment would not have provoked a response. |
