(KTEL) 16 7/16 -1 3/16: high flyer and marketer and distributor of consumer entertainment and convenience products could be dropped from Nasdaq listing due to not meeting capital requirement of $4 mln; according to 10-Q, company is currently trying to obtain an extension and raise capital to meet tangible net asset requirement; company would consider applying for Nasdaq small-cap listing if dropped from the national market; see page 10 of 10-Q under liquidity and capital resources.....
