Hey, I'm neither a bull nor bear.. but from where I stand, AMAT is at or near it's yearly high. Based on these earnings, and an "uncertain" outlook, I would be hesitent to expect to break to new highs.

The question that I have is, is AMAT's condition better now then a year ago (because it's price is about the same)?? Remember, a year ago, we didn't have much information on the Asian contagion, IMF loans, or on the budget cutbacks in Japan, Korea or Taiwan...
