John, I agree with your analysis, and I in fact added to my holdings today, mostly well below 3. I wish I'd had Level II access today, as the market kept zipping past my limit orders and the one time I tried a market order (at around 2 1/2) I got only a partial fill, and the (fortunately small) balance got filled at 3 3/8. Note that the added kicker of .079 shares (currently worth around $1.07) of SKYEY happens if either of the following events occur before March 31st, 2000: -- A development agreement is signed with a corporate partner for DepoMorphine(TM), or -- A development agreement is signed with a corporate partner for a macromolecule using DepoTech's DepoFoam(TM) technology. This added kicker would bring the value of one share of DEPO to just over $5, or an expected value of a little under $4.50 if you figure that the added kicker is a 50/50 shot. Peter
