- Agrees to Dialysis Three Long Term Dialysis Patients

Medical Resorts International Inc. is pleased to announce that it has agreed to dialysis three long term dialysis patients starting December 1, 1998. These patients will require 549 dialysis procedures per year. Hotel de Health, a subsidiary of Medical Resorts International Inc. will be paid $84,500.00 U.S. per year per individual. These dialysis patients are in addition to the dialysis completed for travellers.

Medical Resorts International Inc. is also pleased to announce that as of December 1, 1998 its first Chelation Clinic will open. The clinic is located in its facilities on the island of Anguilla. Based on current bookings the Company will complete 600 chelation procedures in December 1998 and January 1999.

The issued and outstanding shares in the Company is 30,928,592.

Medical Resorts International Inc. trades on the Canadian Dealing Network (CDN) Toronto under the Symbol "MDRE" in the United States on the NQB Pink Sheets under the symbol "MRINF".
