Judge to Issue a Ruling in Court Filing Against LifeOne

NORTH BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1998--LifeOne, Inc. (OTCBB:LONE) announced today that the judge presiding over the involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against LifeOne in August will issue a ruling in the case on or around December 1, 1998.

The judge made the announcement at the end of a hearing that took place Monday, November 16, 1998 in Alexandria, Louisiana.

The petition was filed in the Western District of Louisiana by Arcadia Mutual Fund, Inc., Asia Equities, Inc., and Black Sea Investments, Ltd. Two of the petitioners, Arcadia and Asia, are named in LifeOne'Ss shareholder lawsuit alleging a fraudulent stock shorting scheme against the company. (See company press release, July 22, 1998)
