i saw uranium resources quarter out today. Finished! they are taking a huge hit for a write down, shutting down all production and laying off a lot of staff. (current production costs are over $14/pound) They also mentioned they are attempting to sell off or jv their projects. I find this interesting as even cameco stated they want to sell off non core assets. with all this selling and JV's, you would think there is a great opportunity for a company in this business to make a quantum leap forward and increase capacity at reasonable costs. that is assuming that money is available, last time i checked, IUC is the only player that has cash, so who are these companies talking to?

Ps we could have a lot of cash if settlement occurs. the time frame i hear is between 2 weeks and never. Oh to be a uranium investor

Pss: doug casey recent newsletter had a big write up on uranium investment and recommended Cameco, IUC, and Strathmore.
