This is what I heard today.......The prospectus for the new public offering should be out late this week or early next week. Rumor has it that the minimum is already spoken for (1.5 million) and that some large institutions are just waiting to see the prospectus.Hopefully they keep the offering under 2million (no one seems to know what the max will be). The other thing I heard today was very interesting....Again this is only hearsay at this time but,now that Falconbridge is involved DBL has apparently got a 5 million dollar private placement from a big "out of country" firm and should have the cash in the bank by Xmas! If this does indeed happen we should expect to see activity on the site very soon. Will
