I was very impressed with the entire conference call and very encouraged by the financial statement. I agree that from an accounting point of view they took the severance "above the line."
During the conference call, however, they made the point that one of their customers had "prepaid" for their order and that was why the A/R DSO was so low and that a more normal level would be around 70 days...thus implying that some of the revenue reported for Q3 might normally have shown up in Q4 with a more normal payment cycle. The other point that was extremely important was that INFR has a new business model which parallels the changes in their customers' business models in which they are now prepared to act as facilitators for Internet commerce!! Once the street realizes that they are much more aligned with the future of "net" commerce than someone like a K-tel...this should certainly change the expectations for their growth rates!!
