Stating the div yield at the date of declaration is the only reasonable way of declaring it. They cannot make assumptions about who bought stock when.

I have a positive view of the dividend policy. This is not a capital intensive business so why keep excessive cash around on the balance sheet? This stock has been a well kept secret for too long, and this will help us become a little less anonymous. When managers screen for stocks based on div yield, price to book, price to sales this stock is going to jump off the page. Annualize last quarter and you are also looking at an attractive forward earnings multiple.

Mt sense is that the Y2K story points to a solid business outlook for 1999 and good visibility on earnings. This is the key to a decent multiple finally being awarded to this stock.

I know you have suffered long and hard with this puppy, but I think your ship has come in. Enjoy the ride.
