The fact of the matter is KTEL has not been de-listed.

Eric, yes, it's not delisted yet, and that's why stock closed at 12, not at 2.

and I am certain that you are short.

Absolutely. I have made it known since I shorted it last week.

KTEL was properly performing its due diligence in announcing that Nasdaq was reviewing its listing status.

I disagree. The company should have been more honest and informed investors when it received the letter from Nasdaq three weeks ago. Likewise the company should have announced the resignation of its former president in September. The company should have announced the replacement in October. The company's honesty and integrity are in serious question.

KTEL has now inked the same sort of link agreements with Microsoft and Playboy

Big deal. If you have money to pay, they will be glad to put up your link. Ktel is one of many music sellers advertised on the MS shopping network. The question you should ask yourself is does Ktel have sufficient funds to honor its financial obligations to MS, and Playboy. Looking at its balance sheet, I doubt it.

Frankly, I think you are looking at the wrong end of the horse, and being short on KTEL as part of a momentum play is a far more likely way to get burned than on the long side.

I've tried to look at all angles and I chose to be short. To me, Ktel's online business will be successful only if one can push horse sh#@t into a horse's a#&hole and pull hay out of its mouth. Sorry, but I couldn't resist.

Regards,

Tom
