In granting a preliminary injunction, U.S. District Judge Ronald Whyte said the lawsuit was likely to go forward on merit.

Just one ruling, I'm sure there'll be many more battles in the war.

Yes, it's tragic when customers and developers aren't forced to accept what "market forces" have decided, e.g. where Bill wants them to go today!
