Paul, what would really make me feel better would be if you would quit insulting me, and everyone else on this thread. It is really unpleasant to read, and unpleasant to experience. Please just stop. Nobody cares how much money you have. It doesn't make you a better person. It doesn't make anyone like you, or envy you, or want to be your friend, or anything else you might enjoy. Please just stop. OK? Ask yourself what your mother, or your wife, or your best friend, would think of you if they read it. Try it, maybe it will help you see yourself as others see you.
