<Gates if anything will find a way to profit from the injunction> From what I heard on the news tonight, MSFT will go ahead and rewrite Windows98 to comply with the order. Many purchasers will wait until next year to buy computers to get the latest version. The injunction helps Sun, Novell, Netscape. It hurts MSFT, CPQ, Dell, Gateway. If MSFT price declines tomorrow, so will the NAZ because they are a huge part of the NAZ. Other Nasdaq and tech stocks will go down in sympathy. It will be interesting to see what happens to the internet stocks. Ken
