Buy 1000 shs. of NSCP, DELL (or whichever). Gives you 10 lot of calls/puts. (easy to sell/buy 10 options, NO?)
Follow BB, RSI, Williams %R and Ultimate Oscillator on IQC charts (or is there a better one?) and using W.I.N.S, daytrade the Options. My broker won't allow naked options, there fore will need the stock to ride it up with sell/puts, cover and ride it down with sell/calls.
Maybe watch the 3 day moving average and get out altogether for a spell. Am I missing something? A fast moving, quality stock should have enough spread to make it worthwhile, NO?
