Lloyd, Look at what Nucleus does to generate sales. The tele-communications, internet provider service, computer sales and banking programs. It is obvious they are developing this site. The BTO in being developed. Your right it isn't up to par as yet. We know they are generating income which allowed them to merge with AMGV. If they had no money a deal couldn't have happened. AMGV has been generating profitable quarters this year. So you have 2 profitable companies joining together to establish a larger more profitable organization. Is it perfect? I don't know. What I do know AMGV will be introduced to other profitable areas they weren't involved in before the merger. I see this as a positive situation. Have a good one. John
