Hello Manish; >>>What's your opinion on the AMAT report? If you do q-q comparison you get the impression that biz is slowly turning back up. If the stock was at high 20s I could see some upside in the price based on cost cutting measures, hopes of improving global economies and the expected rise in chip sales and PC unit shipment..... No matter what spin WS will put on this report tomorrow I stand by my call that the biz (from the US side which is the most aggressive, technology-wise) will not pick up for the gear makers until the end of Q1/99. The stock is not going anywhere for the next three months. Clint
