SANG was singin' the blues today, and it might be a while before you want to get in a duet with them. According to J.William Tanner, an analyst at Vector, SANG guided analysts to lower their estimates for 1999, and 2000 because of expected difficulties in getting patients to switch to SangCya, their generic version of Novartis' Neoral.
Vector cut 1999 estimate from $0.96 to ($0.73) and 2000 from $1.47 to $1.10.

Good luck, Merritt
