Since every time someone closed an outdated fab, the "forever bears" took it as a sign that the DRAM business sucked and anyone with a brain would want out, I suppose that since Samsung is obviously willing to sell off other businesses to stay in DRAM, it is only fair to ask why? Could it be because the DRAM business will be extremely profitable for leaders like Samsung and MU once the weak players are weeded out? Nah, must be because they're crazy.....
