Is the Dow Jones piece after today's close?

I found it after the close, but since there's no time attached, I don't know when it was released.

Based on what I know of this stock, it'll make no difference at all. The Street is waiting for 1) accuracy in hitting numbers, 2) wins from non-incumbent carriers and/or ISPs, 3) contracts with large dollars attached, and 4) major partnership or merger to shore up the Siemens uncertainty.
