If you read it again you will find a total of 5 mill shares ( 2+3) at $2+ a share for a total of $10+ mill. Just see how long it takes to blow through this PP. I'd bet it's less than a month in accumulated volume.Levesque bought 1.1 mill this last month. All the brokerage houses will soon be wishing they had as good a deal.
