Hi Glenn, Thanks for the concise explanation of Reg-S.

Is there any way to test if this is occurring to QDRX? Are there any published "short" sale?

Is there a way to calculate volume of Reg-S? What volume of Reg-S sales will impact regular stock price?

QDRX volume has been "heavy" in relation to the immediate past. The price has remained in a very tight trading range. Is this trading volume in line with outstanding shares?

Please correct my mistakes, I need to learn this.
