Geist forgot to mention his other reason for appointing Kennedy as 1st SEC commissioner. It takes a thief to catch a thief. Btw, Herbert Hoover apparently also sold all of this stocks just before the crash as well. That was before President's had to maintain blind trusts or be only in T-bills. Regards, Ron
