Qwest had a booth at the Comdex job fair and the employees manning the booth were extremely optimistic. They said the company is growing rapidly and that most of the U.S. system is now lit. They spoke in glowing terms about Mr. Anschutz and Mr. Nacchio and I got the impression that the rank and file believe that the company wants to grow as an independent company.
