AMAT shares indicated flat to slightly higher. 08:41 ET Cerner Corp (CERN) 22 7/8: Health care information systems concern's shares indicated 1 1/4 higher after company announces that General Electric (GE) has acquired a 670,000 share stake in the company at $22.20 per share; in addition, Cerner and GE Medical Systems announced the formation of a strategic alliance to integrate Cerner's HNA Millennium RadNet Radiology Information System with GE Medical's Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS) technology. lastshadow
