To all, Two theses see some evidence:

1. First, my idea that as Alan the printer cranks the presses, the supply of stock will expand to meet the new push for speculative recklessness. DoubleClick will have a secondary soon, not long after their IPO. When the ducks are quacking, the speculative cos. will feed them. I like DoubleClick as a speculation, but this quick secondary is certainly a sign of the supply increasing to meet the demand in the financial asset arena.

2. With both Hewlett and Dell disappointing, it looks like the pc growth story is still dead. Some goof upgraded Gateway today because he doesn't see competition from Compaq hurting them. Is he retarded or what? He would probably still bet on Oscar de la Hoya if Evander Holyfield was announced as his next opponent. <G>
