Take profits before Earnings Release! I've taken a position at $5, and will probably sell before the 01/31 earnings release. My reasoning is that while they may offset the Earnings Release with positive news about future products, they still will have to write off $18mil that recent purchase, and earnings from new chipset products won't show up till this Winter Quarter. The street will probably let this stock fall back to $5 pretty quickly. Either way, I'm out around $8; the book value we've discussed.
