Bob:

I own an equal amount of AMTX and AWRE. I plan to hold them through the end of this year at the very least unless significant fundamental changes occur in either company. I however own 10 times as much INCE.

Given the cash flow statements INCE IR recently sent me I'd say that INCE has a much greater chance of a strong upward move in stock price, and market cap, then the other two. For those who have reviewed these numbers, you may have noted, as I did, INCE is projecting that almost 60% of their cash flow in fiscal '97 will come from PIC, with aggressively strong growth in sales projected for later this quarter (2Q) and early 3rd Q. MC Davis revenues (antenna) are projected to trail PIC by a wide margin.

Like many here, I've invested a significant portion of my portfolio that INCE can hit their projections, and I'm making a strong assumption that they have the contracts (soon to be announced, I hope) to back up their goals.

Best Regards,

Bill Pearson
