Company wants to issue more than 15,500,000 shares of stock to pay off 92% of its debt other than normal trade payables, do a private placement of US$100,000 for working capital and then issue 1 share for each 8 outstanding, and change company's name to PeakSoft Multinet Corp. I just got the information in the mail. Comments anyone?
