The New York City edition of the Wall Street Journal has the Sun blurb on page 1 and the story on page 3.

But the real killer is indeed the Holman Jenkins op-ed piece. Granted, the WSJ editorial department is rightfully famous for standing up for the big guy, but this piece is just plain twisted, flaming MS worship at its finest. It's a lie cloaked in a thin veil of selected facts and a lot of spin. Jenkins is obviously not a dummy like most of the more mindless MS worshippers. He's just an advocate. Being an advocate is fine on an op-ed page, except when you lie. Jenkins has down the art of stating a false major proposition (i.e., a lie), and then a series of true facts which appear to support the lie when taken out of context. His argument is transparent to anybody actually familiar with the entire situation (such as a judge), but unfortunately most people aren't.

I'm not going to write them a letter because I know how round its receptacle would be.

Regards,
