Mark: Zeev is smarter than I am, a more experienced investor than I am, and I've learned much from him in two years. I've also seen him make mistakes, but don't we all? Above all, he is honest. If you want to call him my guru, all I'd say is you can pick worse people as a guru.

Sure, he doesn't have the depth of knowledge re: VLNC as FMK. But I do think Zeev can play catch up pretty quick if he chooses, and I do think he has the ability to give us an educated opinion about the efficacy of VLNC's patent portfolio.
