I think that these are positive signs that we are nearing a conclusion. I also noticed that the judge scheduled his ruling for the first day after Lone's hearing date in the Rico lawsuit. I believe that he wants to see the results of that hearing. To date I do not believe that the debenture holders have complied with the judges order to turn over their trading records to LONE.
