Chick, Thanks for your response. I believe the Biotrack acquisition will result in $1 million in revenues and not profits. Correct me if I am wrong. Can you tell me how much notes are outstanding and what their conversion terms are. Can you please clarify how this delay of conversion of the notes lessens the dilution ? One final thought is that unless the price picks up, I don't see the subscription being filled, since the warrant price is 65 cents. Another explanation is that people shorted the stock in the hope that they could force the company to improve the subscription terms. Ram
