OG, forget about the SEC and come to your senses. This would be so out of character for CSCO its not even funny. I think as long as ASND continues to perform as they have recently, they really have no incentive to sell, unless someone comes along with some outrageous offer. And I don't think LU will pay what ASND wants. Any sale to LU, IMO, will be preceeded by a lousy quarter. Thats the only way LU will be able to get them at what they perceive to be a fair price.
