I am not conceding that he knew all what went on. one aspect of the case was that the gov wanted to nail his brother. this was a huge operation with billions of shares of stock flying every which way. if he did the things though, it was certainly hubris at work. stupidity. i believe i could live on 500 billion per year without having to do anything even in a gray area. it seems to me that people that get to levels like that whether clinton, gates, milken, nixon, etc. etc. have so much drive that it probably distorts good judgment a fair amount of the time.
