Tyler, I spent three days at Internet World 97 and spoke to several companies: DEC, Lotus, and others. Twas a very rare case indeed when a person said: "oh yeah, Open Text, they're the Intranet company - love their software." Most people never heard of them.

In fact there was only one guy I met who knew them. He was a show attendee who had wanted to buy Livelink was found it a bit too pricey for his staff of six.

Anyway, do you think it's the investment relations firms' problem that companies have never heard of Open Text or do you would think that the sales people or other execs are the ones who have to be knocking on the doors. Any comments? Thanks.
