I wouldn't expect earnings any time soon.... Things have to be resolved in court first.... I highly, highly doubt that all the defendants will continue to pay their patent lawyers tens of thousands of dollars every month to defend this suit... when they could settle by purchasing a license for less. Once the defendants start seeing that E-data is serious about defending their case... they will start settling... Remember, the burden of proof is on the defendants! It is not an easy task to knock down this patent.... I will guess that we will see at least 5 defendants settle within the next 3-6 months.... and then.... the stock will move up very nicely. In the meantime, I thank those of you who are selling me your shares at $1.00. Thank you.... I will sell them back to you in the teens later.
