Well Jeff here is a post from not long ago, October 9th to be exact, and it is just full of information: #reply-5973177 Note that it was posted by the Baron. But notice the info was put together by yet again another IR person - Ira Weingarten. (We have a game of revolving IR here.) But that isn't the most interesting part of the post. Nor is the fact that the release that is appended is about a joint venture between Fragrence Express and National Boston Medical opening a Fragrence Express Outlet in Florida - a part of National Boston Medical's focused business plan no doubt. But rather it is this: The financials will not be available until early next week. The accountants are still in the process of finalizing and formatting them. The delay is a result of the Company's corporate counsel and accountant preparation of its form 10. The company and its management is fast tracking its preparation to file the form 10 and comply with “full disclosure”. This drive to full disclosure has been blistering. Filing a Form 10, oh dear, now I'm laughing too hard again to go on. Oh please. Fast Tracking indeed.
