aC what an absolute axxhole this guy Tsang is. I'm riding this stock down from low double digits to low single digits only for this Yokel to buy me out at $4.50? This proposed action by Tsang indicates to me that he was never interested in enhancing shareholder value and may have wanted to depress the price so he could low-ball the buy-out with his Asian backers. The stock shows signs of life and then he springs the offer? This management led buy-out group did not suddenly spring up over-nite. The OAKT board and shareholders should resoundly reject this offer because it is absurd. What does that say about a board who would accept such an offer? If this offer is approved I would expect further litigation via class action - and although I hate most shareholder class action litigation - this one would have some creedence imo.
