To our shareholders and interested investors:

This short item appeared in today's Stock Watch November 18th,1998:

In the news....Kaiser says Buffalo Head satellite a buy....

John Kaiser, writing in a November 12,1998 Kaiser Express says Alberta diamond player Troymin Resources is a buy at 39 cents. Mr. Kaiser recommended Troymin in December 1996 at 60 cents, again in May 1997 at under $1.20, and in December 1997 at 62 cents. Mr Kaiser's Express was generally upbeat about the Alberta diamond play, noting that a number of explorers have expanded in regions outside of the main Buffalo Head area. Also encouraging is that flagship junior Ashton Mining Canada Inc. has more than doubled from its summer selloff. The California-based diamond commentator says if Ashton has good results from its K-14 bulk sample, then key Buffalo Head satellites such as Troymion will also strengthen. Of all the satellites, Troymin's are closest to Ashton's kimberlite clusters. Troymin has not received much interest from the market because of a lack of news. Mr.Kaiser states, adding that "now is a good time to grab a position as a speculation on Ashton's K-14 bulk sample".

Regards
Tom
