any company that files with the SEC is a fully reporting company..
so KMGG is a fully reporting company...to become a Nasdq stock there are certain requirements you have to meet...your stock has to be 4$ +
net tangible assets at least 4 million $....once your stock falls below 1$ again you might get deliste again....so a long way to go for our little company...hope they are not thinking of a reverse split to achieve some of the requirement....
