Hi William, from the past we have seen that analysts have been quite wrong
in determining if any stock is fully valued. Salomon Bros. felt INTC was fully
valued at 106 and put a hold on it only to come back and put a buy on it
at 130 + . Huh ???
I distinctly remember an analyst putting a sell on CPQ when it was at 38 last Feb.
on CNBC's "Buy Sell Hold" segment. Whoever listened to that idiot must be cursing
him since then.
