Since people want to focus back on DGIV, I will discuss something from the previous posting. Yes, Liberty Capital has been accused, by the SEC, of promoting microcap stocks like DGIV, without disclosing the fact that they were paid for it. The link for the SEC release on this is sec.gov . As to the question as to why it is relevant, you have to ask another question. Why has Digitcom hired at least 3 different stock promoters that I can identify to push the stock? It gives the appearance that their main business is not VoIP telephony as claimed, but peddling stock. If the company actually had something, why would they have to pay promoters to push the stock? Other people on Wall Street would have already discovered this and they wouldn't need paid promotion. Personally, despite what you claim about the Stock Detective (which is really just one guy running stockdetective.com ), I think they provide a useful consumer service by warning about dubious companies, promoters, and tricks of the microcap stock fraud field. If people had paid attention when the SD warned about Digitcom, perhaps their losses would not have been so high.
